If you don’t comply with these Terms & Conditions, your private account may be closed. Private Account Personal information and log entries that you enter are stored in your private account, and this enables you to create and run logs. All information entered for private storage is used only by itsmylife, and only for the fulfillment of, and notification of, services provided by itsmylife. It is the committed policy of itsmylife that it never shares, sells or provides in any way any information intended for private storage that you supply about you or any other person. itsmylife will only release this information if required by law to comply with a subpoena, search warrant, court order or other legally valid reason. Information entered for use in Private Shared Logs is obviously exempt from this policy as it is purposely designed for the use of a private group which you establish or which you are invited to join. Information entered for use in Public Shared Logs is also exempt and can be made public at any time. itsmylife will not share any exempt information you enter, although others might do so. Copyright The contents of the logdit.com site and software are protected by copyright and must not be reproduced without the prior written permission of itsmylife. All log entries are the property of the author. Your Responsibility You are solely responsible for: 1. Keeping your username and password secure. 2. Any information entered into your private account, including without limitation all text, data, links, information, images, audio or video, as well as any content that appears in Shared Logs under your username. 3. Complying with all local laws in your jurisdiction, including laws governing content on web and phone services. You agree that you will not: a. Use services operated by itsmylife for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to promotion or provision of instructional information about illegal activities. b. Create or submit entries or documents or other content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening or abusive to other users of itsmylife services. c. Unless you have the prior written consent of a person, submit entries that contain information that is invasive to the privacy of that person, including personal information such as address, email and phone number. d. Submit entries that include content which, under any law or contract or fiduciary relationship, you are not entitled to transmit. This includes any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any other party. e. Modify, adapt or hack services operated by itsmylife. f. Modify any service to create a false impression that it is associated with any service operated by itsmylife. g. Transmit any destructive code, worms or viruses. itsmylife has sole discretion over termination of accounts of users who violate any of these Terms & Conditions. Payment The pricing structure for all services provided by logdit.com, including any free services, can be viewed in the website at any time and before you pay. Payment for logdit.com gives you license to use the logdit.com site and includes the right to download and print documents created by logs. Payment is by credit card, through the payment collection system being used for logdit.com at that time. By opening your private account, you agree that your account will be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which constitute the complete contract between you and itsmylife as publisher of logdit.com. Suitability to open Private Account You may open a private account with logdit.com if you are 13 or older. Viruses and other problems itsmylife Labs constantly monitors its websites for viruses, Trojan Horses and worms to keep the websites and documents you download free of these destructive predators. itsmylife will only provide access to log entries if required by law to comply with a subpoena, search warrant, court order or other legally valid reason to release this information. Maintenance To sustain security and enhance performance, regular maintenance is undertaken of the database and servers that run your itsmylife Logs. Responsibility for Loss itsmylife accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, claim, liability or damage of any kind resulting from, arising out of or in any way related to: (a) Any errors in or omissions from logdit.com website or software. (b) The unavailability of any part of logdit.com website or software. (c) Your use of any third party websites accessed through links in logdit.com. (d) Use of logdit.com website and software by you, or by other members of Shared Logs which you set up or are invited to join. (e) Your use of any equipment or software in connection with logdit.com website and software. itsmylife accepts no liability or be deemed to be in default for any delays or failures in performance under these Terms & Conditions resulting from acts beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or international authority, war or national emergency, terrorist activities, flood, rainfall, wind, fire or accident. Coverage Parties covered by these Terms & Conditions extend beyond itsmylife to its affiliates and any officer, director, employee, subcontractor, agent, successor, or assign of itsmylife and its affiliates. Updates These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time, but will not be considered to be amended or altered by any written or oral statement to, or action by, itsmylife in response to a specific customer. Disputes As itsmylife is a Florida corporation, these Terms & Conditions are subject to the law of the state of Florida.
