is conducted electronically. All notices we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement for
communications to be in writing.
To create your Last Will & Testament, Living Will, Health Power of Attorney, Financial Power of Attorney, Living Trust, Final Wishes Funeral Plan, A Bit About Me Memory Record and Private Letters, personal information that you enter is stored in your private
account with itsmylife. This information is used only by itsmylife LLC, and only for the fulfillment of services
which form part of the itsmylife package and the notification of any new services provided by itsmylife LLC.
It is the committed policy of itsmylife LLC that it never shares, sells or provides in any way any personal
information you supply about you or any other person. There is just one exception, and this applies only if
itsmylife LLC is required by law to comply with a subpoena, search warrant, court order or other legally valid
reason to release this information.
Payment gives you non-exclusive license to use the itsmylife.com site and provides the right to download and
print itsmylife documents. Payment is by credit card, through the payment collection system being used for
itsmylife at that time. By paying, you agree that your purchase will be bound by these Terms & Conditions,
which constitute the complete contract between you and itsmylife LLC.
The itsmylife website and software are suitable for you if:
 You can read and write in English.
You understand why you need a Last Will & Testament and what having a Last Will achieves. The same applies to the Living Will, Health Power of Attorney, Financial Power of Attorney and Living Trust.
You live in any US state except Louisiana.
You want simple legal documents that express your wishes clearly.
Please don’t use itsmylife to make a Last Will & Testament or Living Trust if:
You live in Louisiana.
Your possessions are worth more than $1,000,000.
You want to disinherit your spouse.
You want to disinherit a child of yours.
You want a complex plan to avoid tax.
You want detailed legal advice.
You’re providing for long-term care of a disabled person.
You want two or more people to share a single item.
You don’t know which state is your permanent home.
You want to give property located outside the US.
You own a share of a business that’s either unincorporated or a partnership or involves one or more
people other than your spouse.

The right to use the itsmylife.com site cannot be transferred to or shared with any other individuals
or entities. Couples who benefit from group rates each get an individual private account with itsmylife.

itsmylife LLC constantly monitors the itsmylife.com website for viruses, Trojan Horses and worms to keep the
website and documents downloaded by the user free of these destructive predators.
To sustain security and enhance performance, regular maintenance is undertaken of the database and servers that
run your private account with itsmylife.
itsmylife LLC accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, claim, liability or damage of any kind resulting
from, arising out of or in any way related to:
(a) Any errors in or omissions from the itsmylife website or software.
(b) The unavailability of any part of the itsmylife website or software.
(c) Your use of any third party websites accessed through links in the itsmylife website.
(d) Your use of the itsmylife website and software. If any beneficiary or appointee named in your Last Will, Powers of Attorney or Living Trust suffers a loss from your failure to follow the Vital Instructions exactly or if you or your heirs suffer a loss from your failure to
follow the Living Will Vital Instructions exactly, itsmylife LLC will be indemnified by
you or your estate against any claim that person may make, including attorney fees and Court costs.
(e) Your use of any equipment or software in connection with the itsmylife website and software.
(f) Any errors or omissions entered or not entered by you.
itsmylife LLC shall have no liability or shall not be deemed to be in default for any delays or failures in
performance under these Terms & Conditions resulting from acts beyond its control, including but not limited to
acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supranational authority, war or national emergency,
terrorist activities, flood, rainfall, wind, fire or accident.
Parties covered by these Terms & Conditions extend beyond itsmylife LLC to its affiliates and any officer,
director, employee, subcontractor, agent, successor, or assign of itsmylife LLC and its affiliates.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time, but will not be considered to be amended or altered
by any written or oral statement to, or action by, itsmylife LLC in response to a specific customer.
As itsmylife LLC is a Florida corporation, these Terms & Conditions are subject to the law of the state of
Florida. Any disputes with itsmylife LLC will be dealt with by the Courts of the state of Florida or of the
state when and where the Last Will is probated or of the state when and where your Living Will, Powers of Attorney or Living Trust become effective.
